Almond Joy Brownies

These Almond Joy Brownies are loaded with triple chocolate, coconut, and crunchy almonds. It’s eazy and delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

Ingredients
3/4 cup salted butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon coconut extract
2 large eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup almonds, roughly chopped
3/4 cup chocolate chunks
1/4 cup shredded coconut
Frosting:
1/2 stick salted butter
1 1/2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
2 1/2 Tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
Cream butter thoroughly; add in sugar and mix well.
Blend in coconut extract and eggs.
Add flour and cocoa and mix well.
Stir in 1/2 cup almonds and 1/2 cup chocolate chunks.
Spread into greased 8×8 inch square pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Prepare frosting by combining butter, cocoa, and milk in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in powdered sugar and mix thoroughly.
Pour over hot brownies; top with additional 1/4 cup almonds, 1/4 cup chocolate chunks, and 1/4 cup shredded coconut.
Cool at room temperature or in refrigerator.
