SWEET DESSERT

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g all purpose flour
  • 40g of sugar
  • 2g of salt
  • 7g dry yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 140ml warm milk
  • 40g cream cheese
  • 30g butter
  • 300g custard

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Beat warm milk, sugar, yeast, egg, and cream cheese.

2.Add the flour and salt. Knead the dough until smooth.

3.Knead soft butter into the dough and set aside for 2 hours, or until doubled in size.

4.Cut the dough into 12 pieces and roll each into a ball.

5.Flatten each ball of dough and place a tablespoon of custard inside. Pinch the edges together.

  1. Set the balls aside for 30 minutes.

7.Roll out each ball slightly and place on the round, overlapping baking pan.

8.Set aside for 1 hour, then bake at 160°C/320°F for 30 minutes. Brush with butter before serving. Sprinkle powered sugar.
