Ingredients:
24 Oreo cookies
1/4 cup melted butter
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
2 cups milk
2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
Additional whipped topping and crushed Oreo cookies for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies with the melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Place it in the refrigerator to chill.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust in the baking dish.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk and instant chocolate pudding mix until thickened.
Pour the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer in the baking dish.
Smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Optional: Before serving, garnish with additional whipped topping and crushed Oreo cookies.
Cut into squares and serve the No Bake Oreo Delight chilled. Enjoy!
