Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine the agar agar powder, water, and sugar for the jelly layers. Stir well to dissolve the agar agar powder.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling for 2-3 minutes until the agar agar powder is fully dissolved.
Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Prepare a cake mold or a rectangular dish by lightly greasing it with oil or lining it with plastic wrap.
Pour a thin layer of the agar agar mixture into the mold or dish and let it set in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
Once the first layer has set, arrange a layer of assorted fruits on top of the jelly. Be creative with the arrangement and use different fruits for an attractive appearance.
Pour another layer of the agar agar mixture over the fruits, covering them completely. Let it set in the refrigerator for another 10 minutes.
Repeat steps 6 and 7, alternating layers of fruit and jelly, until you have used all the fruits and jelly mixture. Ensure each layer is set before adding the next one.
Once all the fruit and jelly layers are added, prepare the milk yogurt layer. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to steam.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the plain yogurt and sugar until well combined.
Slowly pour the hot milk into the yogurt mixture, whisking constantly.
Allow the milk yogurt mixture to cool slightly before pouring it gently over the top layer of the jelly in the mold or dish.
Return the mold or dish to the refrigerator and let it set for at least 2-3 hours or until the milk yogurt layer is firm.
Once fully set, gently remove the jelly cake from the mold or dish. If using a cake mold, you can run a knife around the edges to loosen it before inverting it onto a serving plate.
Slice the jelly cake into desired portions and serve chilled.
