CHOCOLATE CREPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup liquid milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter (at room temperature)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Nutella chocolate spread

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients except the flour until they are well combined.
  2. Gradually add the flour, mixing until the batter becomes smooth and has a consistent texture.
  3. Prepare a suitable pan, lightly grease it with a bit of oil or butter, and place it on medium heat. Pour a suitable amount of the crepe batter (about the size of a coffee cup) into the pan.
  4. Spread the batter in the pan to form a circular shape. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip it over to cook the other side until it is also golden brown. Remove the crepe from the pan once it’s cooked through. Repeat this process until all the batter is used.
  5. Finally, fill the crepes with Nutella, roll them up as desired, and garnish with additional Nutella, or caramel, and fruits of your choice.
