- 2 cups (a 12-ounce package) of NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, with half reserved for later.
- 1/2 cup (equivalent to 1 stick) of butter or margarine, cut into small pieces.
- 3 large eggs.
- 1 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour.
- 1 cup of granulated sugar.
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts.
- 12 caramels.
- 1 tablespoon of milk.
Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

In a large, sturdy saucepan, gently melt 1 cup of chocolate morsels and butter over low heat, stirring continuously until a smooth mixture forms. Continue microwaving in additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring until the mixture is fully melted. Drizzle this caramel goodness over the warm brownies, then allow them to cool in the pan on a wire rack.
