RED VELVET CUPCAKES

INGREDIENTS

For the wet ingredients :

1cup Evaporated milk (Fresh milk also can use) add 1Tbsp Lemon juice or White Vinegar Set aside at least 5minutes

1cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 pcs Eggs (L)
1/2 Cup Canola oil
1tsp Vanilla
1Tsp Red food color
1/2 cup warm water

Mixed the wet ingredients and set aside…

For the Dry ingredients :

1 1/2 cup All purpose flour
1tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of Salt
1Tbsp cocoa powder

Combine the dry ingredients to the batter..
Mixed well and rest atleast 5minutes before baking.
BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 160°C FOR 25 MINUTES YIELDS 16 CUPCAKES (30z)
