2 Ingredient Apple Pie Cups

Ingredients:

2 sheets of refrigerated pie crust
1 can of apple pie filling

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the pie crust packaging.
Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.

Roll out the pie crust sheets and use a round cookie cutter or a drinking glass to cut out circles that are slightly larger than the muffin tin openings.
Gently press each pie crust circle into the muffin tin, shaping it to fit the cup.

Spoon apple pie filling into each crust, filling them to the top.
If desired, you can sprinkle some cinnamon or sugar on top of the filling for extra flavor.
Cut smaller circles or strips from the remaining pie crust to create a lattice or decorative topping for each cup.

Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake according to the pie crust instructions, usually around 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let the apple pie cups cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes.
Carefully remove the pie cups from the tin and transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
